Employment Counseling and Litigation

The firm=s attorneys advise a wide range of clients, from corporations, businesses and colleges to individuals, on compliance with and claims regarding state and federal laws governing employment. They provide legal services for all aspects of labor and employment law including:

• Drafting and counseling on personnel manuals and policies

• Hiring and firing of employees, including tenure issues

• Wage and hour issues and employee benefits

• Discrimination, sexual harassment and ADA claims

• Wrongful termination claims

• Protection of employees from violence at the workplace

• Seminars on compliance with regulations and statutes

The firm also serves select individuals who are in transition in their employment situations.  The firm assists in the negotiation of terms of employment, and in resolving claims following termination, through negotiation or litigation.
